Hi There

We are facing some issues and problems with Agoda. I tried to change it in beds24 but still some error:

Anyone has a clue and idea, where and what exactly needs to get changed? I tried to find out in the help from beds24, but this is somehow not that clear.

I think you have set the minimum price in agoda 3000 and beds24 send 2290.
You have to log in to agoda and lower the minimum price to 2290 or below that price.

Agoda accepts following prices:

1. Rooms with a maximum of 2 guests: single price and double price. No Room Price.

2. Rooms for 3 or more guests: a room price for the maximum capacity of the room optionally a single and a double price. If no single or double price a set the rooms price will also be applied to one or two guests.

Please check your RATES to ensure that you have setup your RATES to meet the details in the HELP for Agoda. Different Channels have different requirements, you may need to create a different RATE for different channels.
