We represent multiple properties, do we need to establish an account for each OTA and for each individual hotel in order to make the beds24 xml connection?

Yes, you first need to create an account with the OTA you are interested in. The business relationship is between you and the OTA.

Beds24 provides the technology for channel management

Thanks Mark.

Understood, the OTA relationship is between us and the OTA or between each hotel in our portfolio and OTA

Normally the hotel is the contractual partner of the OTAs. Some OTAs also work with agencies. You will need to check this with each OTA you want to use.
