Hello

Sorry if I'm being dumb here, I just need to get the system in shape before I open the channel.


- If I have various rates in Beds24 for a roomID - Winter, Spring, High, Low etc that only change depending on the time of the year. I'm understanding that I then need to go and create the same rates types in Booking.com? Then map them when I'm setting the channel up? On Booking.com there's only options to specify date ranges and set the price and nothing I can see for creating a Rate.

- When I change the individual prices for a roomID on Beds24 - for example if I have a low period - I will reduce the price for a few days. Will this change then propagate through to Booking.Com? In other words I don't need to create another rate just for that short adjustment period?

You are right with regards to mapping the Booking.com rates to Beds24 rates, you should contact your Booking.com agent who will help setup the various Rates that you need so you can map them to the Beds24 rates.

To add to Lesley - if you have seasonal rates or set a lower or higher price for a certain date or date range this will automatically send to Booking.com. This help page explains how to set up seasonal prices: https://wiki.beds24.com/index.php?title=Seasonal_Prices

As long as these are mapped they will send to Booking.com.
