Problem in receiving an email and SMS

Hello,

We are having a problem with our beds24 account, because we are not receiving any email when we receive a booking.
I don't know if it happens with every websites that we have connected with channel manager, but i know that this happens with the booking.com. Yesterday we received 2 bookings through booking.com but we didn't received any email from booking.com to [email protected] or any SMS for our cellphone number +351 919 910 276. Before we connect booking.com to the channel manager, we received an sms and an email from booking.com that says we have a new reservation, but now, we didn't receive. I already has contacted the booking.com and they say that everything is ok and working fine, and that the problem is with beds24.com.

Please be quick in fix this problem.
