I've looked everywhere... in the setup instructions it says:

You do this in the Booking.com extranet. Login to Booking.com and go to the Property Information section. Select the Channel Manager menu. (left side of screen, if you cannot find it there use the help in Bbooking.com or ask your Booking.com rep.
Booking.com accounts using the "Extranet Light" can not use a channel manager. Ask your Booking.com rep to change your account to "Extranet Classic".
