Unable to change synchronisation for BookIt!

I have recently created a new room type - [the `En suite - room only'] - and allocated seasonal rates (and, therefore, availability for it).

I wished to change the synchronisation for BookIt! so that the Beds24.com room associated with BookIt! room type 20594 was not the Beds24.com room `Balcony Suite', but instead the Beds24.com room type of `En suite - room only'.

Therefore, in the Synchroniser, I

1) set the Beds24.com room `Balcony Suite' in the picklist to "Disabled" and the associated room number to NULL while setting the Beds24.com room type `En suite - room only' in the picklist to "Bookings + Inventory" and its associated room number to 20594. Against each of these Beds24.com room types in the Synchroniser, I then clicked the (new) "Queue" button (which, I notice, has now replaced the old "Save" button).

2) I then hit "Calendar" in main navigation

3) I then went back to "Synchroniser" and, blow me down, both my changes had been lost!

The queue button is not a save button and will not save any changes. The save button is near the top of each synchroniser section.
The queue button places that particular room in the queue for a channel update which will normally occur within a few minutes of clicking, it will not save any alterations that have been made to it's settings, they will be lost if the Save button has not first been clicked.
