9Flats availability

Hi there,

I am currently testing out Beds24 to check if it fits for our requirements.
Doing this I got over a small problem:

When there is a booking at AirBnB e.g. from 16th (date of check-in) to 19th (date of check-out), it doesnt synchronize the right way with 9 flats.
The calender in 9flats would always block the dates from 15th to 19th, so people at 9Flat would not be able to book a prior booking until the 16th although it would be possible.

Did anyone of you have this problem before? Is there a way to fix it?

It should work if you use the channels connections (SETTINGS->CHANNEL MANAGER->AIRBNB and SETTINGS->CHANNEL MANAGER->9FLATS) and not the Ical Sync. If this is what you are doing please send us a support ticket so we can check your settings. You can create a ticket via the support link at the top of the top of the Beds24 control panel.
