I requested an api key from 9flats, and I get as response

from them.

But where did I find my Client ID and Place ID for Beds24 Channelmanager?

When you are granted API access 9Flats will normally also give you a Client ID. If you can not find it in your 9Flats extranet or in an Email from 9Flats please ask 9Flats support.
