Booking.com rate does not exist

The following message was returned by Booking.com while trying to update errors filtered and not done: "rate does not exist
Please correct your settings or if you do not understand this message contact your channel manager for support.



I checked my rates and the codes again and again I can't find what is the problem.
I changed the rates for my website to be different than the OTA'S. So I use different rates for website and other rate for booking. If anyone has a solution please post, I am getting every 30 minutes an error e-mail, although in booking extranet everything is working properly.

Have you checked all your rates as we advised you in the answer to your ticked? At least one of your rates (rate 79978) has a code in the "Channels" tab which is not a booking.com rate code. Please check all your codes in all rates. You might have the same problem for Expedia.
