Airbnb import

I cannot import my Airbnb calender....cant understand why its not working I have followed the steps and I keep getting "The calendar address isn’t in ICAL format" message but all the helps steps make no difference at all.

Do you mean import into Airbnb?

Make sure the channel is activated in the Beds24 channel manager settings.
i.e. check that the INVENTORY tick box is ticked and saved to enable the ical which imports into Airbnb.

The BOOKINGS tick box is to import bookings into Beds24

I have the same issue - every time I copy and paste the URL I get the message "The calendar address isn’t in ICAL format". The inventory box is ticked. Please help, thanks!

Check if the calendar url is for the room you want to map.

Make sure there are no stray spaces or other unwanted characters in the paste.

Thanks for your replies. The url I am copying is https://www.beds24.com/api/airbnb.com/i ... omid=29605
I am not sure about unwanted characters as I don't know what the ICAL format should look like?

To create a support ticket log into your Beds24 account and click on SUPPORT in the top left menu.
