Agoda.com room must be activated?

Hi,
I'm trying to setup Agoda channel. I think I have setup everything correctly on beds24 side. But I'm not seeing any changes and I don't know how to troubleshoot. My agoda account is brand new. All I'm trying to do now is export beds24 rates and availability to agoda. My rooms with agoda are current not yet activated. Agoda demands me to have a successful mapping with my channel manager (not sure what they mean by that, perhaps they want to see rates and availability all setup) before they are willing to activate them.

Nothing will update until Agoda activate their end, they do this manually and it can take a day or two.
As long as you have entered the Agoda codes exactly as per the instructions you will have a "successful mapping".

I have also problem with Agoda channel.
I have a new room on Agoda. The prices are imported in Agoda but not the availability.
For now all dates are available in Aagoda.
I have contacted them many times but they are saying that the problem is with Beds24 and you are saying that the problem is with Agoda.
Do you have any idea what might be the problem?
When I look at the what is sent to Agoda it is shown that the availability is correct. The dates that are booked are shown as "rooms to sell = 0". So it looks ok.
But why is it is not working on Agoda.
It would be good if you can check those kind of things directly with them because I am now like a mesageer that doesn't really understand all the technical stuff and it is hard to solve the problem.

Do you mean the other rooms are working but not your new one?
If you are not receiving any emails with warning messages and cannot see anything relevant in the "Potemtial Issues" list on the support screen, the best thing to do is start a support ticket and give the roomid of the room with the problem so we can check it.
