I separate beds24 by room type. However airbnb doesn't let you group rooms like that. It must be one unit per room type. I might just set up beds24 the way they have it airbnb but Im wondering if there is more chance for overbooking this way due to synchronisation times?

What is your solution for this?

Thanks

To update airbnb you do need to set up the rooms individually in Beds24 to match the rooms/apartments as they are setup in Airbnb.

If you also need to update other channels that use room types like booking.com, expedia etc. you can create a virtual room type based on the availability of the individual rooms and connect the virtual room type to those channels.

There are some examples of virtual rooms at these links:

Hi Guys

we have a similar issue, but your solution doesnt cover it.

We have expedia set up with clusters of apartments, so all apartments have a different address, but expedia sees them as one address.

Of course our room set up is as the actual situation. So one roomtype and one room, each unique address.

How can we create 1 virtual room type (cluster) to include all the rooms so we can link to expedia?

Thanks!!
