Hello,
I have recently connected Beds24 with my Airbnb listing, and I also opened a Booking.com account to link it with Beds24.
Currently, on Booking.com it shows the following message:
Provider confirmation pending
The connection request to Beds24 was sent on August 18, 2025 at 05:04:52.
Connection type requested: Reservations, Rates & Availability, Reviews, Content, Photos, Guest Messages, Performance Data & Analytics, Reporting.
Next step: Please wait for Beds24 to confirm your connection request. If you have any questions regarding this pending connection, please contact your connectivity provider.
However, I am still unable to map my rooms and rates. Nothing seems to be linked yet.
At the moment, I operate my property only on Airbnb, but since I am based in Japan, I plan to expand and connect to other OTAs through Beds24 (e.g. Booking.com, Rakuten, Jalan, Expedia, etc.).
I am worried whether this process will go smoothly in the future.
Could anyone advise what I should do next, or if there is a solution to get the connection confirmed and mapping enabled?

It seems the number you have entered as Booking.com hotel ID is wrong.
To fix this please remove the number you have entered then SAVE. Then please make sure you follow exactly our instructions and enter the correct Booking.com hotel ID. These instructions explain the process
