Accept a booking inquiry from VRBO

Hello,
I got the following issue:
When a guest is using VRBO, in some cases I don't receive a booking but an booking inquiry which I'm supposed to accept.
The question: HOW????
beds24 support tells me I need to do this directly on VRBO side, VRBO support tells me since I'm using a PMS I can't do anything in VRBO directly any more but only through PMS....
But: This request is not showing up in beds24 at all.
Now: What do I do?
