HI

I have tried to import reservations from booking.com, but the reservations are imported with no email addresses or phone numbers?
What should I do to import reservations with email and phone numbers? Or is this normal?

If you have used the 'Import existing bookings' button, then the first time, Booking.com will send Summary information only.

Once you complete the connection, then click 'Import existing bookings' button again and Booking.com should send the full booking details.

If you still have an issue, then go to Settings > Properties > Booking Questions and check that the fields are Optional or Compulsory. If set to Not Used, then they will not be visible in the booking.
