Hey,
I have all my properties connected with Airbnb and booking. Prices are synched trough pricelabs but somehow overbookings are happening. Are there any specific settings to check why this is possible?

Most likely something in your setup is not right. First thing you should double check if your channel connections are all set up correctly all rooms are mapped and that there are no error messages. For specific instructions please see the help pages for the channels you are using and follow them exactly.
Please start a support ticket about the overbookings in which you quote the booking number of the booking which caused the operbooking so the support team can investigate.
