Post Month End changes

Hello

Sometimes an OTA like AirBnb will adjust the price or cost of a booking due to complaints or schedule adjustments. We can see these in the Booking Log as "User 0".

However it will sometimes happen after we consider the booking and the month Closed. We need to be alerted to this to adjust our accounts and payouts.

1. Is there some way to be notified when the OTA has adjusted a booking in a previous month?

2. Is there some way to see the Beds24 Booking Log via API?

3. When a booking is adjusted and a Webhook is sent is there some way to know exactly what field changed in the booking and the User who changed it in the webhook info?

Changes made to bookings with User = 0 are channel updates.

You should receive a modification email or webhook (if you have setup) confirming there is a modification to the booking.

1 & 3 - The channel does not document the specific modification, so it is not possible to provide the details.
2, sorry no this is not possible.

Ok can you pls help me understand what happens if we Assign an Invoice Number?

I have been told that prevents changes to the Charges & Payments?

How will that affect the channel's ability change the booking as discussed?

Modifications from Channels will be applied to the booking even if you have set Lock Invoice = Yes and Assign an invoice.

This setting is applied to changes made via the control panel.
