So much missing from booking.com sync

Hi, there is so much missing from booking.com sync.

So many things under policies, so many things under amenities.

Also, the specific room content codes for extra fees (cleaning) were not working.

Are you working on better integration with booking.com?

Booking.com are continuously updating their amenities and policies. We try to update our connection whenever they do but unfortunately they do not always notify us.

You can always start a support ticket if you want to use an amenity or policy which we currently do not support. We will then check if it is API supported and if so add it.

Sending fees is working fine. If you have problems please check your setup is exactly as to our instructions. If you can not figure out what is wrong you are welcome to start a support ticket from the SUPPORT button so the support team can check your settings.

Hi Beds, We had to set up so much manually.

The things that come to mind that are not connected are the
-customized listing description
-about the area
-parking policies
-wifi on site
-children policies
-credit cards accepted
-house rules
-checkin services
-almost everything under the facilities and services tab
-many things under room amenities

This forced us to setup our listing outside of Beds which kind of defeats the purpose of beds.

Are we missing anything?

Can you please start a support ticket about this via the SUPPORT button at the top of your Beds24 account so we can check your settings?
