I asked a guest via Airbnb messaging if they wanted fresh linen and saw the reply in Beds 24 as "We're OK ????". I thought something was wrong and that maybe they were questioning something, but then looked at the message in Airbnb and it was "We are OK " which has a totally different meaning. Something to be aware of if guests are using Emojis.
