Please go to Settings > Channel Manager > Booking.com and click 'View Setup Instructions' then follow the steps in the instructions.
If you still have an issue, then please create a support ticket. Go to SUPPORT top right of the control panel and create a ticket, then we can check your setup and advise on any issues.
