Hi,
I am able to view my rooms rates via google.com or google search on both computer and mobile device. However, I can not view room rates on mobile devices via the “google maps” application.

Is there a setting that I need to change either on beds24 or google hotels ads to allow room rates to also show on mobile device’s “google maps” application?

The data sent to Google from Beds24 is not limited by device or application type.
Google should be able to show it if they choose.

Out of interest, do you see data for other similar properties in your maps application?

yes, i can see other properties' rates listed on google maps app on my mobile device.
