Hello,

We are new to beds24 and our bookings mainly happens at Airbnb and Booking.com. We would like to have the up-to-date calendar information containing all the confirmed booking information.

We managed to import Airbnb calendar information with the account connected. However we don't know how to enable external calendar import feature. The requirement is to import the new booking status(newly booked, updated, cancelled) at beds24.

We have a 2 way connection to both Booking.com and Airbnb, bookings will be imported and we can send prices and inventory.

When you setup the connections to Booking.com and Airbnb then booking details including updates/modifications/cancellations will be imported to Beds24.

Go to Channel Manager > select the channel from the list on the left, then click (?) HELP for instructions for each channel you want to connect to.

We had done this before starting this thread. We can see the Airbnb listing is correctly linked/connected however we had to manually click the import button to import booking information.

Could you be so kind to advise us how to make it periodical or automatic?

The connections to Airbnb and other channels automatically update the calendar if Beds24.

Please raise a support ticket so we can check your setup and if there are any issues.
