Booking.com and near term booking rule

Dear Beds24 Community
Hope you guys will be able to help me.
I have set my property on 3 channels ( Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com)
In the Property settings in Beds24 PROPERTIES->BOOKING RULES->NEAR TERM BOOKING I have set 2 Days as I don't want anyone to book my appartement with less than 48 hours notice.
I works perfectly on Airbnb and VRBO
Doesn't work on Booking.com
I can't find a way to make it works.
This setting exist in Booking.com Extranet but is not accessible once connected to Beds24
I guess the is something pretty common so there must be a way to solve it.
