Hi,

i want to dleete properties in beds25 and in the channel. I am trying to do so on tripadvisor, but the option to get it offline is grey out and it says i need to do it from beds24. is there an option in beds?

How can i simply delete the lisiting in tripadvisor?

You will need to disconnect the listing from Beds24 first.

Untick "Inventory", "Prices ", "Bookings", "Content" to stop Beds24 sending data and importing bookings.

[email protected] and ask them to terminate the connection, and delete the listing.

If you need to delete the listing from Beds24, then once you have terminated the connects to all channels, you will need to cancel any bookings then you can delete the room in Settings > Properties > Rooms or if you want to delete a property then go to Settings > Properties.
