Hi all,

I have recently setup Expedia EQC connection in channel manager. We are using daily pricing and have setup two different rooms. However for one of the rooms, Beds24 does export availability but not export any prices. When I check on "Actual Codes" it says :

"rates": [
"2019-12-30 to 2020-01-16: ratecode=264271161A closed",
"2020-01-17 to 2020-01-20: ratecode=264271161A closed",

Why does that rate show closed? Is this a configuration on Beds24 side or on Expedia's side? In Bed24 I have compared the rates field by field and they are really setup the same.

Do you have prices for this rate code? Without prices, rates will not be open for booking.

I think i found the problem. For that specific rate, we had an old room price for up to 4 people configured. However, the room price was disabled (checkbox not selected). In Expedia we had configured the room for 2 people with extra person price. It seems the Expedia-Integration was confused by this. Once I changed the room price to 2 people (still maintaining disabled) Beds24 is not sending the rate correctly incl. price. Maybe the Expedia Integration can be improved or this could be added to the documentation?
