ID error in channel manager setup

How do you get rid of the message Error - 113609801 is not unique when getting the room ID for your provider in channel manager ? Do i have to delet my room setup and start a new one ? I cannot get my IDs to save, always get that error message.

This error indicates that your channel listing is connected to another Beds24 account, you can only connect to one Beds24 account.

Please raise a support ticket so we can investigate.
