No check in or check out booking.com airbnb

Hi,
If in override status I set a date to have no check in or checkout, will that be enforced on airbnb and booking.com,
If I want to make sure people cannot check in on saturday, that they must book friday and saturday together, to arrive on friday and leave on sunday,
will I just need to put no checkin or checkout on saturday
