Airbnb - Booking not fully paid

I have Beds24 set up to use the Booking amount for the Invoice.

This has unfortunatly no effect on the Payments. The Payment amount is still: Booking Amount- Commission
The booking comes up as not fully paid.
How can i automaticly fix this?

Do you have the channel collect payments enabled?
Settings > Channel Manager > Channel Collect Invoice = Charges and Payments

Yes, the Option is Set as shown in the Screenshot.

Can you please send a support ticket via the SUPPORT button in the top left of your Beds24 control panle in which you give us one booking number and explain what you expect to see in which field of the "Charges and Payments" tab so we ca compare what you see there with what Airbnb sent.
