Trial version/ AirBNB not synchronized

Hello,

A am new in Beds24.
I have configured a new property, new room which is already been in AirBnb.
I Followed instructions for importing/exporting caldender from/to Airbnb. It does'nt work.
In the channel manage, Airbnb XML, I have the message : Airbnb XML is not available for trial accounts. Contact support for assistance.

Also, I added a new booking (for test) and attempt to send manually a mail of confirmation (with my own address).
I didn't receive any mail.
Brief, nothing is working with trial version.
Dou you have any idea please ?

Hi Leila

A trail account has full functionality but to connect to Airbnb XML you will need to contact Beds24 using a support ticket requesting it.

Airbnb require a verification which will be performed before allowing the connection.

So, I can't synchronise with Airbnb ical ? Is it necessary with xml connection ?

iCal has no restriction, your trial account can use it.

XML is the better solution though.
