Hotelbeds

Has anyone successfully been able to connect Hotelbeds? I’ve been going back and forth for months with both Beds24 and Hotelbeds with no luck. Each seems to think its the other issue.
Anyways I would really apricate some help, A phone call or Skype. I am willing to pay for your time. Tully hoping someone can help. Jason

We have numerous working Hotelbeds connections. Connections work fine if you follow exactly these instructions:

I have followed EXACTLY the instructions but still doesn't seem to work.

Please send a support ticket via the SUPPORT button in which you explain what exactly does not work. Please give one specific example (room ID, date, data you want to send).
