I use the OTA to take care of the payment proceses. Unfortunatly Expedia does only charge the Rate and not the Cleaning fee so this means extra work and sometimes causes confusion for the guest, as they think everything is already paid for. Even though the Cleaning Fee is properly set up in my Expedia account.

I would like to integrate my cleaning fee in the Rate. My idea was to set up different Rates, for different minimum Stays.

EXAMPLE:
Normale Rate:100 €,
One Time Cleaning Fee, independent of length of stay and number of guest: 50 €

1. Rate 150 € min. Stay 1 day
2. Rate 125 € min. Stay 2 day
3. Rate 116 € min. Stay 3 day
4. Rate 112,5 € min. Stay 4 day
5. Rate 110 € min. Stay 5 day
...

Additionaly my rate changes per Occupancy, so i woud need to create additional rates for each occupancy Level.


Is there a more simpler way? If not is there a simple way to create different rates at the same time?

An alternative to having multiple rate codes you could ask Expedia if they can derive the prices for the different length of stay.

If Expedia can not do this for you you will need additional rate codes for each length of stay you want to send.
