Hi,

I use 12% VAT and 5% service charge as an UPSELL obligatory tax in beds system. Now we are trying to setup the channel manager for Booking.com for example.

According to your wiki, I CANNOT USE UPSELL ITEMS? My question is: During the setup of the channel manager, should the prices I put for rooms already have the 12% VAT and 5%?
For example:
In beds system I have base price 2735 + UPSELL TAX 15% is 465 so total is 3200
For Channel manager what price do I put? 3200?

I am confused about that fact that your wiki says I cannot "export UPSELL items" - how do I put tax for OTAs then in channel manager?

How you set up taxes depends on the capabilites of the channel. Most chanels will automatically apply the applicable taxes.

You can also add a price multiplier for each channel to mark up the price to include your tax.
