credit card changes on booking.com

when booking.com receives updated credit card info it is cancelling on beds24. but not updating back to confirmed status once the information is updated on booking.com. In otherwords card shows expired is cancelled on beds24 but updated on booking.com and never put back on beds24 causing overbookings

Updated cards or booking status should be importing.
Best to start a Beds24 support ticket with the booking number where this happened so your case can be investigated.
