Inventory modifying

Hello

For an accommodation who has been booked for example on Booking.com, the credit card of the guest fails, but I don't want to wait 24h to cancel the booking, so I want to set the Inventory from 1 to 2 for example in the calendar but it doesn't work...

So the only way for me is to set the Booking to "Cancel" Status ....

any workaround for this ?

The inventory can not be higher than the number of rooms minus your bookings. You will need to set the booking to "Cancelled" manually but please be aware that this will not cancel the booking at Booking.com.

Or you could move the booking to another room

You can send the notification to Booking.com that the credit card has failed, they will then follow up with the guest from them to enter new credit card details.

If they can not contact the guest then they will cancel the booking.

Open the booking and go to the Detail Tab of the booking and click on the button 'Report invalid card to Booking.com'
