Hi, I have Airbnb xml connection, and it's a limited one, so I can modify some things directly on Airbnb.
I would like only the travellers with good ratings from other hosts to be able to book instantly.
However, this option is greyed out on Airbnb, and I don't see where I can set it in Beds24?

How guests can book
Guests who meet all your requirements can book instantly. Others will need to send a reservation request

Airbnb standard requirements
Confirmed phone number, email address, payment information, and agreement to House Rules.

Hi Mark, it's completely fine if it's not possible to send this info from Beds24. I would just like to be able to modify this requirement directly on Airbnb, with the limited XML connection.

Airbnb say they only support pure instant book via API so there is no way to set guest requirements currently. I guess this applies with limited sync as well.

Seems the only way would be to set the listing to manual and go back to iCal.
