Channel Manager Sync

How often does the channel manager send updates to the various channels. I am using the API to set the inventory and I noticed it takes several hours before my changes appear to booking.com. Going into the extranet and pushing update to send the updates instantly is not very convenient, is there a way to do this via the API?

Changes are sent to booking.com normally within a minute.
If you find this is not occurring please start a support ticket with details of the API function you are using and an example of your change which was delayed.
