New Feature: Printable invoices with individual note

Each booking now has an "Invoice Note" field. The contents of this field will be printed on the corresponding invoice allowing you to add a special note to individual invoices when appropriate.
The property >> advanced setting "Invoice Text" remains and this text is added to all invoices for the property.
