New Product - Guest Reviews and Guestbook system

The concept is an automated survey service which will import your guest details from beds24 and other channels and send pre-programmed emails and/or survey requests at specified times before or after arrival and departure.
The emails can include pre or post arrival information and surveys customised with pre or post stay questions.
Selected responses can be published to review and guestbook widgets which can be embedded into your websites.
The service is currently in Beta status and ready for "courageous" users to start using (naturally at no charge until it becomes a mature product)
