Thanks to our partner Chargeautomation we can now offer a free online Pre Arrival-in tool for Vacation Rentals & Hotels provided by our partner. You can use the tool to:

Collect
  • Guest ID/passpor
t
  • Card scan
  • Email, phone, arrival time, guest count
  • Selfie
  • Terms & Conditions confirmation
  • E-signature
  • Collect additional information via custom questions
Offer guests
  • Digital Guidebook & Guest Portal
  • Custom Upsells (i.e. Pet fee, early check in, parking, airport pickup)
You can connect via {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS) APPS & INTEGRATIONS > PRE-ARRIVAL TOOL.
