Communication Booking.com guests: Early access for Beds24 customers

We are pleased to announce that we have been granted early access to Booking.com's new messaging API.

Booking.com had included Beds24 in their beta test and we can now make it available to all customers

It's not perfect, because I can't read what I write on the booking website (my own messages are not imported to beds24), but it helps a lot. Thanks

P.D.: Too many tabs on the booking info when you are using popup box.

It's not perfect, because I can't read what I write on the booking website (my own messages are not imported to beds24), but it helps a lot. Thanks
In our tests they did import.

If you have a booking where this is not the case please start a support ticket the the booking number and give us the exact time when you replied in Booking.com.

Also please make a screenshot of what you see in Booking.com. You can use a tool like https://prnt.sc/ or http://pasteboard.co to send us a link (attachments will not come through).

I have found the problem.

I have an account with sub-accounts.
In my account i can manage all the properties of all the sub-accounts (prices, reservations, modifications... everything) buty i can not see the messages of the properties in the sub-accounts.
Is this issue going to be fixed?
