refund protect

Hi
i saw the new refun dprotect offer. But trying to iplment it with the help page I don't find hw ot activate it.
It says to add an upsell item, but there is not such item in my list.
I have activated a 100% paybale at booking offer, but i am stock with the rest of the process.
