For those who are using google hotel ads, how satisfied are you with it?
Do you get the bookings?
Is the commission lower than OTAs?
And are there lots of cancelations?

What are your experiences?

I would recommend using only non refundable bookings with Google Hotel Ads
The google commission is still payable on a cancellation.

You can set your own commission level you are prepared to pay, the optimum level depends a lot on the amount of competition for your area.
If there is not much competition a low level can generate bookings. If there is high competition, even a high level may not generate bookings.
