Corrupted characters in pre-canned emails

If you are seeing corrupted characters in your template emails once you open them in an email program it is most likely the character encoding setting that needs fixing.
Beds24 uses UTF-8 encoding and your email program must be set to use the same.

For example in Outlook under options>advanced>international options there is a check box for; Allow UTF support in the mailto protocol
Once checked emails will display OK.

The exact setting will depend on your email program and version.
