There is some multiplicator that adds additional 18% to booking.com prices. So my question, where I can find it?

Let say I have this
Rate 290219
2016 High Season December 1-18
In two room apartment E101. In booking.com I have rate $278 and in Rates 236.

Where is it multiplicator located that adds additional 18%?

It sounds like you have added a multiplier with the hotel ID in SETTINGS->CHANNEL MANAGER->BOOKING.COM. Remove the *0.18 to send your prices without markup.

I got rid of all those things on properties. *1.18. But some of them updated. Some not! How much time it usually takes to update?

Changes to availability will update straight away.

If you have only changed prices there can be a delay, click the update button in the channel manager settings to send the price updates immediately.
