The setup guide for people who don't read setup guides

The basic steps are:
1) Goto the ADMIN menu and enter your information.
2) Goto the PROPERTIES menu and enter property and room details.
3) Goto the RATES menu and setup some prices.
4) Optional: Goto the BOOKINGS menu and enter existing bookings to black out those dates.
5) Copy any of the WIDGETS to your website.
6) Test everything is working and your done.
