Unable to get credit card collection show up on direct booking pages

I have two multi room properties on my account, both are setup literally identically. Yet on one the credit card payment fields have disappeared. I have looked at every single setting, they are completely identical across the two properties. I did do a test run with ChargeAutomation which might be the culprit. I would not recommend chargeautomation to anyone as once you connect, there is no way to disconnect. I've revoked the key, I've disabled everything on the pre-arrival integration, still no luck. I have no idea what setting is preventing credit card collection, which is critical for our operations.
