Cleaner account is able to change room status

How do I make the sub-account ‘cleaner’ have the ability to change the status of a room from clean to dirty, etc.? From what I have noticed this is only possible from my ‘admin’ account. Then the room status colours in the calendar change. If I click it cleaner - nothing happens.

You will need to change the ROLE to one that has write permission to the bookings and remove the access to the areas you do not want them to have access to.
Cleaner: Read only access to bookings in the CALENDAR and the DASHBOARD. Access to standard reports "Cleaning", "Daily Activity", "Cleaning Brief" and "Daily Unit Activity".
