Hello, how can I see when a customer has made a payment through our website (credit card).
That is, a list of the most recent payments received from direct bookings.

Go to Reports > Standard Reports, there you will see a list of predefined reports you can use for your account.

There are a number of Financial reports available.

Alternatively you can create a Custom report and select the columns you need to show on your report.

Use 'Invoice balance' = Any payment made.
