I am new to Beds24 and am in the process of setting up my property, however, there's a few issues that I just can't find the answers to in the guides or in the forum and, as I'd like to get this up and running asap to trial it, I've hit a brick wall so any help with the answers to these questions would be appreciated.
Firstly, I used my airbb listing to set up the property and then when I set up the b.com connection I must have only set it to send pricing and availability. If I disconnect the b.com listing and reconnect it, with it set to send all content, will it affect the rest of the settings or undo anything else I've set up?
Also, how do I set up a refundable damage/housekeeping deposit and can that be automated?
Are there any auto action email templates as it's going to take longer than the 14 day trial period just to set those up!?
And finally, (for now), is there a way to preview the auto action emails once created before committing to auto sending them?
