Hi,
We have an apartment house - a house with 3 apartments we rent out.
Booking.com have it listed as one listing, with 3 apartments in that listing
Airbnb have them listed as separate listings
What is the best way to set up in Beds24 - as 3 separate properties, or one property with 3 rooms / apartments?

Please create the property to replicate the setup in Booking.com. 1 Property with 3 individual rooms/apartments. Then you can connect the individual rooms/apartments to your listings in Airbnb.
